Patients are responsible for payment of services rendered in our office at the time services are provided, and regardless of any third party dental coverage you may have. You are encouraged to ask questions regarding procedures or treatments and the resulting fees.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Interact services. We will be happy to assist you with the completion of insurance forms.
